Where it all started
Founded by Hanna Grahn, with over 15 years of experience from diverse leadership roles, coaching and empowering women (and men) on their professional and personal growth journey.

Having tried several female networks there was a growing feeling that more could be accomplished. How can we help each other level up, through joint ventures, shared experiences, connect and lift each other up.."
She Grows is created by women – for women. To create a community of growth and connection, where the question from fellow members is “How can I support you?” rather than see competition.
Our values are our playbook on how we interact and what to expect from each other. Those that seek to be part of our network must align with that, because that is our guiding star on how to interact with each other.
Magic happens when people work together and align with a bigger mission, and we believe She Grows can be a starting point for that.
Find your Purpose with She Grows
Phase 1: Events, Meet-ups & Mentorship
We host lunches, network events and social meet-ups focusing on connecting with other women all aligned to the same cause, empowering women and changing the status quo. We launched our mentorship programme.
Phase 2: Development & Growth
We will organise and facilitate development opportunities, and workshops both in person and online with known leaders who are there to make a difference, both within and around. Stay tuned for our first workshop and personal growth programme.
Phase 3: Online Community & membership*
We love meeting in person, but for change it requires removing boundaries and reaching further so our aim is to launch a digital platform were all members can access our assets and each other.
